Christina K. Dees, CPA - Founder and Chief Executive Officer

 

Christina’s vision and expertise is the heart of Pennybacker’s mission and strategic direction.

 

With over twenty-five years of small business accounting, finance and audit experience, Christina has direct oversight of all client engagements with Pennybacker’s Accounting and Advisory services and leads Pennybacker’s Technical Accounting and Controls Committee.

 

Christina’s experience was founded as a sole practitioner and owner of Christina K. Dees, CPA.  Earlier in her career, Christina served as a Senior Accountant with Deloitte's audit services group based in Dallas, Texas.  

 

Christina graduated Magna Cum Laude with a BBA in Accounting from Mays Business School at Texas A&M University and also holds an MBA with Magna Cum Laude honors from the McCombs School of Business at University of Texas at Austin specialized in Finance and Entrepreneurship.  With start-ups as a passion from early beginnings, Christina is a former winner of the North American Business Plan Competition and has actively invested in over fifteen small businesses.  Connect with Christina personally here.
